Concerning their latest separation, a source tells, "Rachel is too controlling. They broke up the first time because of their busy schedules - and that's the problem again." While there have yet words from either parties, Ryan is reported to have been seen with another woman a few weeks ago at the UCB theater in N.Y.C.
